Infinite Armory has been designed from the ground up to facilitate private, peer-2-peer, transactions for firearms, parts, accessories, and related kit. It might work slightly differently than other marketplaces you are familiar with. This is intended to be a quick reference guide on how buying on Infinite Armory works. It is important to not make purchases through DMs or off the app – the purchase system is designed both to protect you and to facilitate features like proving sellers feedback.

Step 1: The Offer

If you see something you’d like to purchase on Infinite Armory, you can tap the “Buy / Offer” button. Because all payments are handled off of Infinite’s platform, there is no way to instantly buy an item, the seller must always confirm an offer before the transaction can proceed. By default, the offer box will default to the asking price the seller has for the listing, but you may put in a different price (higher or lower) if you intend to offer the seller a different price.

Step 2: Acceptance

The seller will receive a notification of your offer and have the choice to accept or decline it. If they choose to accept your offer, the seller’s accepted payment methods will be automatically sent to you.

Step 3: Payment

When you receive the notification that your offer has been accepted, please pay immediately. Buyers are expected to pay within 24 hours of an offer being accepted or they risk their account being suspended. After you have sent payment via one of the seller’s accepted methods, you must tap the “Mark as Paid” button in your Purchases page in order to let Infinite know you’ve paid and send your shipping instructions.

When you tap the “Mark as Paid” button, you will have the opportunity to input or update your shipping address where you’d like your item sent if it’s an item that does not require an FFL transfer. Please make sure to double check the accuracy of your shipping address.

If the item you’re purchasing requires an FFL transfer, you must communicate with the seller via direct message in order to provide your FFL’s details. You can upload a scan of your dealer’s license through the attachment feature within a DM.

Step 4: Shipping

After the seller has received a notification that you have paid and your shipping address, they will verify they’ve received the payment and ship your item. They will be prompted to upload the tracking information for your shipment and you will receive a notification with the tracking number when that has happened. Tracking information is expected for every transaction on Infinite Armory.

Step 5: Feedback

Feedback on Infinite Armory is currently limited to providing feedback on sellers. After you have received your item, you can tap on the “Leave Feedback” button in your email or your Purchases page in order to provide the seller feedback on the transaction. Because of the large impact even one negative transaction can have on a seller, if you have a problem with the transaction, we encourage you to communicate with the seller and attempt to resolve any dispute before you decide to leave negative feedback.
